Please fill out the form below to register for our 2026 Singles Retreat. All registrations are subject to review from eldership (you must be a member in good standing). You will receive an email confirming your acceptance once reviewed, which will include payment instructions.

Registration fee: $125.00 (the registration fee will increase to $150.00 if you register past the registration deadline)
